St. Vincent DePaul pantry says thanks
Bouquets and Barbs
Bouquet: To all of our generous supporters in Michigan and northern Wisconsin: Thank you! Your dedicated efforts to contribute food items, make monetary donations and volunteer your time to support our food pantry are appreciated. A thank you to Queen of Peace Church for the truckload of food items donated and to Iron Mountain High School, Kingsford Middle School and Bishop Baraga School for their larger food donations. We thank Systems Control for both their financial support and for the large amount of food items they donated. We must thank the many individuals who donated food and wished to remain anonymous. And we ask the pardon of any that we may have forgotten to acknowledge. The support we receive from the community is critical to our mission of helping our neighbors-in-need throughout the year. This past year, thanks to your help, we were able to assist 1,233 adults and children with 1,928 bags of groceries and cleaning items provided for their needs. Included in those numbers were needy seniors and veterans. Please know that our neighbors-in-need, who benefit from your generosity, appreciate (as we do we) all that you do for your community. Thank you!
