Trump demanded Republicans block the Senate’s bipartisan immigration bill that Republicans helped put together. Trump demonized Springfield, Ohio’s legal Haitian immigrants, many Catholic, falsely accusing them of eating people’s cats and dogs. Now the Ku Klux Klan, who burned a cross in Iron Mountain in 1924, are recruiting in Springfield, calling for mass deportation, the same thing the Trump Republicans demanded.

So, if you support Donald Trump, either as a person or because of his policy, perhaps it’s a good thing you have the red MAGA hats, the banners, the flags and the bumper stickers. It makes it easier to identify the kind of bird you are. Birds of a feather flock together.
