Lois A. Langsford

Lois was born May 8, 1934, in Iron Mountain, daughter of the late Joseph and Martha (Smith) Langsford. She graduated from Kingsford High School in 1952 and was a lifelong resident of the area.

Lois was a hard worker and was employed by several area restaurants over the years where she was well liked for her good nature and cheerful attitude. Lois was always smiling, never complained and always put others first. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.

Lois is survived by her son, Don Wender; a sister, Marge Phillips; grandchildren, Ryan (Nikki) Wender, Amber Wender, and Shawn Ellis; great grandchildren, Tony, Raven and Nathan Wender; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her son, Duane Wender; a sister, Edith Brin; a brother, Joseph Langsford, a grandson, Ryan Ellis, and Susan Tchokreff.

Private family services will be held.
