James Wheeler

Jim was born in Spalding, on May 26, 1941, to the late Joseph and Alma (Carlson) Wheeler. He worked as a union millwright for his entire career.

In his free time Jim enjoyed spending time outdoors. He was a staunch supporter of the NRA and supporter of hunting rights.

Jim leaves behind six children, Connie (Leonard) Marsicek, Michael (Susan) Wheeler, Steve (Heather) Wheeler, Catherine (Todd) Colberg, Diane (Marcus) Blaskowski, and Brian (Trisha) Wheeler; 14 grandchildren, Brandon, Joshua, Natalie, Zachary, Mathew, Nathan, Camden, Braeden, Colin, Alex, Brooke, Ashlyn, Keera, and Keagan; four great-grandchildren, Nora, Blair, Weston, and Cole; two sisters, Barbara Picard and Mary Jane (Malcolm) Beau; and many other family and friends.

Per Jim’s wishes, a private graveside service will be held for his family. Burial will be in the Quinnesec Cemetery.
