Race Elliott

He was born on April 24, 2001, in Iron Mountain, the son of Brian Elliott and Joy Palzewic and stepmother Carey Elliott.

Race graduated from Norway High School in 2019, where he played football, band and enjoyed classes at the DIISD Vocational Center.

During the summers he worked at Pro-Tec lube center in Kingsford and played his great-grandfather’s trombone in the Norway City Band.

After graduation Race went to work in Appleton, where he met his love, Jordyn Eis. They were married in February of 2023 and Race had recently started his own graphics design business. Race and Jordyn greatly enjoyed spending time together; they loved to take nightly walks with their dogs. Afterword, they would come home, sit on the floor, and watch movies while building Legos.

Race had an infectious smile, a heart of gold and loved his family, friends, and pets very much. He also enjoyed snowboarding, go kart racing, weightlifting, and especially working on cars with friends.

Race is survived by his wife, Jordyn Elliott; father and stepmother Brian and Carey Elliott; mother Joy Palzewic; grandparents Paul and Sharon Elliott; grandmother Mary Crankshaw; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Larry and Barb Palzewic and Hal Crankshaw.

Due to unexpected circumstances the visitation for Race Elliott tonight has been postponed at this time.
