Dale W. Dubrow
DUNBAR, Wis. — Dale “Big D” W. Dubrow, 84, of Dunbar, Wis. went home peacefully to meet his Lord surrounded by his family on Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021.
He was born in Milwaukee on March 4, 1937, son of the late William and Clara Dubrow. Dale graduated from Pembine High School. He was united in marriage to his wife Edna on March 8, 1958, in the Little White Church in Beecher, Wis.
Dale worked many years at the Goodman Veneer Mill. He enjoyed camping with his family, traveling to Lake Superior, out west and the Badlands as well as bottle digging and rock hunting.
Dale was an avid outdoors man and loved hunting and fishing. He was a faithful member of Crossroads Assembly of God Church and served as Deacon and a board member for many years.
Dale is survived by his loving wife, Edna; four children: Karen (Robert) Truscott, Timothy (Coral) Dubrow, Andrea (David) Behrendt and Darren (Pamela) Dubrow; 11 grandchildren, Dominick, Rachael (Mike), Mindy (Matt), Tyler (Samantha), Joni, Michael, Jeremiah, Kendra (Sean), Kaila, Lyle, and Dalton (Pauline); five great-grandchildren; and his brother, Norman.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ed and sister, Eileen.
Visitation will be at Roubal Funeral Home on Wednesday, Nov. 3, from 2 until 5 p.m. and again on Thursday at Crossroads Church in Beecher from 11 a.m. until the time of Dale’s funeral at noon. Pastor Dave Paulsen is officiating. Private burial will follow in the Pembine Cemetery.
Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee, Wis. is assisting Dale’s family.
