Toro donates to North Dickinson school robotics program
IRON MOUNTAIN — Committed to nurturing innovation and fostering STEM education in the communities where employees live and work, BOSS Snowplow and parent company, The Toro Company, are proud to announce the North Dickinson County School robotics team, Norse Code, is receiving a $5,000 grant as part of the company’s 2025 Robotics Team Grant Program.
This initiative aims to support outstanding K-12 robotics teams participating in nationally recognized programs such as FIRST, VEX, and BEST.
Since 2022, The Toro Company Robotics Team Grant Program has provided essential support to robotics teams as they prepare for and compete in various national events.
The grant recipients for 2025 were selected based on their demonstrated commitment to excellence in robotics, as well as their potential for impact within their communities. Each selected team will receive financial support and resources to aid in their competition preparations and educational endeavors.

To qualify for the grant, each team must include at least one employee from The Toro Company serving as a coach, mentor, or parent.
This requirement ensures direct involvement from dedicated employees who are passionate about inspiring the next generation of innovators.
