FLORENCE, Wis. — The Northern Saddle Club will have a work bee from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Bush Lake Flats Trailhead, followed by a potluck meal.

Those who want to help do not need to be a club member to join in clearing the Florence County Horse Trail Network, which will open May 1.

The club’s next meeting will be at 6 p.m. — with visiting time from 5 to 6 p.m. — Thursday, May 8 at the Aurora Town Hall in Aurora, Wis. New logo shirts will be for sale for just $20 each.

The annual fall ride is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 11, at Halls Creek Trailhead.
