Protest on Saturday to commemorate the 250th anniversary of American Revolution
IRON MOUNTAIN — The Dickinson County Democratic Party will sponsor a protest from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday in Iron Mountain.
Participants are asked to gather behind the Iron Mountain City Hall. They may bring their own signs or borrow those provided. Speakers are also planned.
This protest is commemorating the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution. Demonstrations will take place across all 50 states to protest the “hostile government takeover” overseen by the Trump administration,” said organizers.
Thousands of people are expected to gather across the nation for this peaceful protest.
