Florence, Wis.– The next Outdoor Education program takes place at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 15 in the lower level conference room at the Florence Natural Resource Center building, 628 Forestry Drive.on the corner of U.S. 2 and Highway 101/70.
The program will feature Gino Venditti, owner of Stag Farms, a local producer of honey and maple syrup since 2015.

He is an active member in the Northwoods Beekeepers Club.
Venditti will discuss why and how we keep bees domestically.
A wide array of topics will be covered from how to get started keeping bees to why it matters with a little history sprinkled in.
Everyone is invited to come learn about what is happening in the world of beekeeping today and even a little bit of how you can get involved.
Questions are encouraged, most will hopefully be answered and nobody will get stung.
