ESCANABA — A three-day mixed media painting workshop with award-winning, professional artist Jennifer Stone from Watertown, S.D., will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern time Wednesday through Friday, May 14-16, at the Escanaba Civic Center.

Stone will teach her “Wild Women” workshop. It’s fast-paced and fun. Participants can bring whatever collage material they have and she will lead them through her process of creating stamps, making original collage papers and creating a face or a bird using textural pastes.

Stone will share lots of tips and tricks along the way and provide a lot of information to use in personal works.
