St. Norbert College to host State of the Economy event
De Pere, Wis. — The Donald J. Schneider School of Business & Economics at St. Norbert College will host the 10th annual State of the Economy event starting at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, in the Fort Howard Theater, F. K. Bemis International Center.
Professor Marc Schaffer, along with student research fellows Maille Cannon, Evan Paque, Jaden Propson from the Center for Business, Economics & Analytics, will present insights on the current global and national economic landscape.
Topics include recession indicators, inflation outlook, GDP performance, employment trends and other factors with both short- and long-term economic implications.
Student presentations are a highlight of the event. The event is free and open to the public. Registration is recommended.
