Winds don’t cooperate

It was great weather for the fourth Kites Over Awesome Lake Antoine, or KOALA, event Saturday — except for flying kites. The colorful, giant show kites brought in for the event were left grounded by calm winds. Kids still enjoyed the outdoor day by flying their own kites.
