Niagara Elementary School students in kindergarten through fourth grade had a Macy’s Day Parade around Badger Island at the school Tuesday afternoon. The students each decorated balloons for the event, a nod to the giant balloons the famous Macy’s parade is known for in New York City on Thanksgiving Day.
