IRON MOUNTAIN — The Dickinson Area Community Foundation recently awarded a $500 Community Impact Grant to The Forever Friendship Drop-In Center. This was partially funded through a matching grant from the Pasahow Family Fund. The money will be used to assist in expanding their “Hope for the Holidays,” allowing for gatherings and support during the holidays which can be a trying time for those dealing with mental illness, loneliness, depression, and suicidal thoughts. The mission of the Community Foundation is to enhance and strengthen our communities now and for generations to come.
