IRON MOUNTAIN — Dickinson County Community Theatre will present Louisa May Alcott’s timeless message of sisterhood, resilience, and self-discovery at the Braumart this weekend.

“Little Women, “adapted by Thomas Hischak, from the beloved novel by Alcott, follows the lives of the four March sisters–Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy–growing up in Civil War-era Massachusetts.

The play illustrates the novel’s central themes of family and love as the sisters navigate the challenges of growing up, each with her distinct personality and dreams.

Show times are 6 p.m. Friday; 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday; and 2 p.m. Sunday.

Tickets are $15 at the Braumart. Children under 5 will be admitted free at the matinees.
