Stephens Real Estate has announced that two of its agents have been recognized as top performers in 2024 by the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors’ rankings of 137 agents in the Greater Iron Mountain Area MLS.

Ryan Gordon, Stephens’ owner and broker in the Iron Mountain office, secured the No. 1 spot for sales volume with a $21.6 million in production in 2024. This marks Gordon’s seventh consecutive year at the top.

Stephen Remondini, associate broker in the Iron River office, clinched the No. 1 position for units sold with 112 closed transactions in 2024. This recognition signifies Remondini’s third consecutive year leading in this category.
