SADIE MILBRATH
IRON MOUNTAIN — Sadie Milbrath, a family nurse practitioner, is now seeing patients in the Marshfield-Dickinson Primary Care clinic in Iron Mountain.
Milbrath will provide health care for a wide range of patients and conditions across all age groups.
“I like the diversity of family medicine,” she said. “I see and address various health needs and treat patients of all ages. I enjoy being a provider who can offer healthcare expertise and guidance throughout all stages of someone’s life.”
Many of her patients come in for routine health checkups, preventive care and management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and asthma. She also treats common acute illnesses such as upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections and seasonal allergies.
Additionally, Milbrath can treat mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, which are increasingly common in primary care settings.
Her role involves not only treating these conditions but also focusing on education and lifestyle modifications to help prevent more serious health issues in the future.
Milbrath earned her master of science in nursing from Saginaw Valley State University and her bachelor of science in nursing from Ferris State University, both in Michigan.
