Niagara’s The Sand Lot joins chamber

NIAGARA, Wis.– The Sand Lot recently joined the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce, which celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Niagara business.
The chamber now has more than 405 active members on its roster.
Owner Claire Valeski said she is honored to bring The Sand Lot to the area. She built it in May and the venue hosted a summer of sand volleyball, tournaments, youth events and more.
This winter, Valeski has added a 100-foot ice rink and sledding hill. She had an ice blessing event Dec. 17, with Santa and Mrs. Claus attending.
Ice skaters can warm hands and toes in the heated Sand Bar and enjoy the businesses full drink and food menu.
Valeski promised that more is coming, including broom ball, hockey and curling.
