IRON MOUNTAIN –Stephens Real Estate has been named the number one firm in the Greater Iron Mountain Area Multiple Listing Service for 2024 by the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors, the 16th consecutive year it has earned that distinction.

The achievement comes on the heels of a record-breaking year for the company, with a reported $100 million in sales volume and 566 closed transactions.

This accomplishment also places Stephens Real Estate at the second-highest position among all 73 firms across the entire Upper Peninsula.

Notably, the company’s Iron Mountain office generated $71 million in sales, while the former Wild Rivers Realty & Associates Inc. offices in Iron River and Florence, Wis. — which Stephens Real Estate acquired in 2024 — also contributed significantly to the exceptional sales figures.
