Coldwell Banker Real Estate agents recognized for sales
IRON MOUNTAIN — Two agents for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group in Iron Mountain recently earned special recognition for their work at the annual Empower event in Rosemont, Ill.
The event drew about 600 agents from Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana.
Carrie Toretta-Partello tied for third in overall units sold in the Wisconsin/Upper Peninsula Region, selling 57 units in 2024. She also achieved the Pinnacle Associate award for the first time, given for selling more than $8 million in volume or more than 55 units. Finally, she earned the Elite Retreat Incentive, a four-night trip sponsored by the company.
Natalia Brown was named Rookie of the Year in the Wisconsin/UP Region, given to a new agent based on overall units, volume and commission within the first 18 months. Since starting in June, Brown closed five real estate transactions, assisted on three others and had two successful referrals.
In addition, agents from Pembine, Wis., and Iron Mountain were honored as multi-million-dollar producers:

— Amanda Fleishman, Dawn Wartick, Jim Vallie, all of Pembine, $4 million;
— Lisa Hanson, Pembine, and Nicollette Hanson, Iron Mountain, $6 million; and
— Toretta-Partello, Iron Mountain, $9 million.
