Lions do highway clean up

With warmer weather and clear skies above, the Goodman-Armstrong Creek Lions Club collected trash from their two-mile stretch along Highway 101. The Lions were assisted by student volunteers from the Goodman-Armstrong Creek High School. The consensus among the “pickers” was that the roadway seemed much cleaner this year than in years past. “Thank you” to everyone traveling through that portion of Wisconsin for keeping the roadways beautiful. From left, are Lions Doyle Weishar, John Marsh, KJ Marsh, Wayne Brehmer, Richard Majewski and student volunteer Brayden Lewis from the Goodman-Armstrong Creek High School. Student volunteers not pictured are Josh Knutson, and Joe Stec.

Starting at $3.50/week.
