Genealogical society meets

IRON RIVER — The Iron County Genealogical Society will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday, at the West Iron District Library in the J. Patrick White Conference Room.

Sandie Nies will be present the program, “Iron County’s Heritage Trail.” The trail has 14 designated sites along a 36-mile route, some of which are on the National Historic Register. It is a self-guided trail.

Meetings are open to all individuals and visitors are welcome.
