FLORENCE, Wis. — The Wild Rivers Quilt Guild invites quilting friends to a fabric and craft garage sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 3, at the Florence Community Center, 749 Central Ave. in Florence.

Items for sale will include: quilting cotton fabric (yardage, fat quarters, jelly rolls, etc.); quilting books and magazines; sewing notions (thread, tools, etc.); yarn and quilt kits; handmade mug rugs and other sewing crafts; quilts for sale and much more. There will also be a bake sale, featuring a variety of sweet treats to take home.

Wild Rivers Quilt Guild meetings take place on the fourth Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 900 Central Ave., Florence. Guests are welcome to attend and enjoy presentations on quilting techniques and history.
