March wellness event planned
IRON RIVER — The Iron Area Health Foundation will host its March Wellness Wednesday event at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, at Young’s in Crystal Falls.
The topic for March will be Nutrition with presenters Suzanna Sverson, clinical dietician, RDN, and Dr. Linzi Saigh-Larsen, ND, MSAC, CNS.
The event is free, with all registered attendees receiving a free salad bar courtesy of Aspirus Healthcare.
