Senatori to celebrate 100th birthday

Betty Senatori, with her dog, Taco, will be celebrating her 100th birthday on Sunday.

KINGSFORD — Betty Senatori will celebrate her 100th birthday on Sunday.

Betty was born in East Kingsford, where raised her five children, Sherry, Dennis, Pete, Lori and John.

She worked as a welder during World War II in Milwaukee, while the love of her life, Fred served overseas in the U.S. Army. After he returned, they married and spent 64 wonderful years together.

Betty worked at the Summit Dairy and Americana until her retirement.

Betty and Fritz spent their winters in Florida and summers in Iron Mountain.

She is the oldest and longest member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Iron Mountain. She listens to services online.

Betty still lives at home with the help of her family with her Chihuahua Taco.

She will be celebrating her 100th birthday on Sunday with her family and Taco, enjoying a good meal, cake and memories.

Betty is loved by many, especially her family.
