jwmann, A little tip for tomorrow...those ghosts and goblins walking the streets, well they're actually young children looking for candy. Put down the phone, do NOT call 9-1-1, and quickly get to Shopko and pick up a couple bags of Snickers. Trust me on this one, there's nothing to worry about. Those black helicopters on the other hand, they ARE real and they're coming to get ya!!!

Let's see now, he has no verifiable past, he is an admitted Marxist, he paid off his handlers on Wall Street with our money none of which we got, he pushed a vaccination campaign containint vaccines all of which were patented BEFORE the Swine Flu first energed in February of 2009, his new health care will name our doctors and demand access to our bank accounts electronically and if he signs the treaty in december he will sign over our sovereignty to sources outside the US. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

It has been stated over and over again that the Committee followed all the rules in its selection process.The fact that you have other ideas on how the prize should be awarded is neither here nor there. Perhaps, Blackhawk, you should become a Committee member and then your opinion may count for something. And yes, I am assuming all American are proud. My apologies if I offended you.

I thought the prize was for actual accomplishments. Well maybe not because Carter and Gore both got one too. The last 3 American Politicians got them for one reason. They weren't Bush Here are 2 things Obama has accomplished. #1. Jack and #2. Squat.

I am proud that our president was given the Nobel Peace prize. What an honor for him and a proud time for many of us who believe in him and our country. The award was given for the work that he will do and that has said he will do(not unusual for the committee). Many of us have confidence in our president and the democratic process that elected him.

When you state this "it is a proud day for all Americans". You are assuming that all Americans share your view and are terribly wrong. There are a bunch of us that know he didn't deserve this award so it was more of an embarrassment than a proud day. It's also an embarrassment for Obama to travel around apologizing to Dictators for all Americans.

I am proud of President Obama and think he is doing a good job considering what he inherited. To think that all our country's woes could be solved in 6 months is to think that he really is the "Messiah". My employer has a lot of immigrants from Europe, Eastern Europe, South America, Caribbean, and Japan--the U.S. reputation worldwide was eviscerated under George W Bush. The fact that President Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace prize for his efforts to revitalize diplomacy speaks for itself. Scoff if you will, but that will only reveal your unpatriotic colors. This is a proud day for all Americans.

yupergal, I would point out that Jesus was too smart to ever run for public office. On another note I strongly disagree with your assumption that Oboma isn't Radical.He is the most radical in many ways and his cap in trade will likely lead is into a long depredation.I am a moderate democratic that voted for Oboma however now I feel it was a mistake.He is a smart man however he would be a better fit in a different job.
