Maybe it is we the citizens who should be limiting the pay of legislators. It is they who manipulated the banking industry into issuing bad loans. It is they who have limited our oil producer's abilities to retrieve our own oil deposits. It is they who have artificially driven the costs of energy up by mandating energy alternatives which are inefficient and who' costs out weighs the benefits. They are the failures and they are the problem. They produce nothing. They fix nothing. They are parasites.

Obama and company want to limit all executive pay not only the companies that took TARP money. The government has no business in the private sector. Limiting executive pay is just another step toward government control of everything. Besides the idiots in Washington have never run a lemonade stand so what qualifies them to tell anyone how to run a company?

why should the executives get a fat paycheck when the company is failing if my tax dollers are being used to bailout the place because of bad desions by the v.i.p. they should not get anything until the company is profitable
