Yikes Truthseeker....you're sounding just a little paranoid. I remember when a guy stopped into the Ithaca State Police post when we lived downstate and was convinced that the UN Army was using road signs to route troops. If you look on the back of speed limit signs or other highway markers, there are reflective stickers. The stickers are really used for dating the sign so it can be replace when needed but he sure couldn't be convinced. A new world order was taking over! I think the original post about the names mentioned that "Lumi" was Finnish....I can't remember for what though....was it light? Or white? We do have a lot of Finnish in this area!

In all fairness to those children/grandchildren that wanted to see their name the deer up for vote on the Daily News webpage we are suggesting that you extend the contest for one more week. Add all the names submitted for the name the deer contest up for voting since there was no deadline date in the newspaper article promoting this event. This would be fair for the people whom have already voted and would make a lot more kids happy to see their name important enough to be voted on. Good luck. Nanalinda
