people i know have 5or6 o.w.i. and they still drink and drive so putting a breathalizer in the car wont do anything

The whole UP and NE Wisconsin would be full of these devices. Nothing but a bunch of drunk hillbillies!

The current laws aren't enough to curb the problem. 1st time offenders always get a slap on the wrist. Start getting serious about a serious problem!!!
