anyone that does not rate anything but the best has lived in IM there whole life.. If you go anywhere else, namely downstate, you see how great of a job they do... its really amazing how much faster they clean the roads compared to other areas.

Why are you blaming the road crews when they take orders from their bosses just like everyone else. You make it sound like they can just start plowing whenever they want. Don't you remember the article that was in the Daily News about how the road crews were not going to be able to plow as often as they did in the past winters because the funding wasn't there? I think our road crews do the best they can, give 'em a break.

Why not put a great category in the poll? The way it sounds you are already saying they do a bad job!! My vote would be great for the City of Iron Mountain. they work with a skelton crew and get the job done. I applaud them!!! YooperJ

I think the Dickinson County Road Commission is doing a fantastic job! This has been a tough winter and the roads have been in great condition. I don't know how they are doing such a good job with such little funding. Keep up the good work!!!
