Daily News

ESCANABA - The U.P. Labor-Management Council, Inc. has selected the Highland Golf Course, Escanaba, as the host site for its annual golf outing.

The annual four-person scramble has been scheduled for Friday, Aug. 1. The shotgun start will begin at 9 a.m. (Eastern time).

Entry fee includes golf (18 holes), cart, continental breakfast, lunch, beverages and fabulous prizes. A $10,000 cash prize for a hole-in-one on a target par three hole is once again being offered this year.

Complimentary auxiliary prizes are also being awarded for hole-in-ones on any of the non-target par three holes. The council encourages a mix of labor and management on each time. For more information contact the council office at (906) 466-0155.
