An Angus cross breed steer weighing 1,250 pounds was named Grand Champion on Friday at the Dickinson County Fair in Norway. Collin Carlson of Vulcan holds his top trophy. Carlson, 13, is the brother of Andrew Carlson, who won the grand championship a year ago. (Collin claimed the reserve championship in 2012.)

Tonight's concert featuring Hot Rod Express and Runaway Train begins at 6 p.m. and ends at 11 p.m. There will also be a 50/50 drawing.
