The Daily News

IRON MOUNTAIN - Summer programs at the Dickinson County Library continue next week with three fun events.

Duct tape crafts are planned on Wednesday, June 26, with two sessions, one at 11 a.m. at the Norway Library, and another at 3 p.m. at the Dickinson County Library in Iron?Mountain.

This program will have teens learn to create fun, one-of-a-kind crafts, decorations and more using their imagination and duct tape. The resulting crafts are a sensational delight, notes a spokesperson.

This program is open to grades 4 and up, and is sponsored by Hahner Law Office, P.C.

Get down with Mother Nature and embrace your environment at the Dickinson County Library on Thursday, June 27 at 6:30 p.m.

Mother Nature will help you learn how to create a more eco-friendly (and edible) landscape, by making your yard productive instead of destructive.

For decades, Mother Nature has been dedicated to saving the planet by artistic recycling, and her methods will help you better the Earth and your yard at the same time.

This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Dickinson County Library.

Join the Ann Arbor Hands-On Science Museum team for some Super Science at the Library on Thursday, June 27 from10 a.m. to noon.

This team delivers a fun, education-based, hands-on program that will get kids thinking.

Ten stations of science activities are set up for students to experiment.

This program is perfect for kids of all ages, and is sponsored by Dr. Nagaraju and Rupa Choragudi and David and Elsa Brule.
