CRANDON, Wis. - Norway City Councilman Mark Bubloni has pleaded not guilty to charges against him that stem from a utility terrain vehicle (UTV) accident in Forest County.
Bubloni, 49, pleaded not guilty to three counts of felony second degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer.
A final pre-trial conference was set for Jan. 9 at 1:15 p.m. in Forest County Circuit Court.
The charges stem from a UTV accident that occurred on June 15 at the Brush Run Grounds in Crandon. Four people were injured in the accident. Bubloni was the driver of the UTV.
Bubloni is being represented by attorney Roy Polich of Iron River.
