IRON MOUNTAIN - Lenora I. Hazelwood, 92, of Spread Eagle, passed away Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at Golden Living Center in Florence, Wis.
She was born March 31, 1920, in Dixon, Ill., daughter of the late Cris and Mary (Sieling) Spade. She married Edward Hazelwood in Dixon. He preceded her in death in May 1982.
Lenora is survived by one son, Francis (Helen) Hazelwood of Spread Eagle; two daughters, Patricia (Roddy) Lowry and Jossie Kemp, both of Dixon; eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Audrey Hazelwood; three brothers, Jake, Harry, and Vernon Spade; two sisters, Amy Gollakner, and Isabelle Lund.
Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon.
