IRON MOUNTAIN - An Iron Mountain man has entered a no contest plea to aggravated indecent exposure, habitual offender, third offense and a probation violation.

Judge Richard Celello set sentencing for Oct. 15 at 9 a.m. for Michael Jo-Rivers Cootware, 23.

Cootware was charged after police investigated incidents that occurred at Walmart on March 31 and April 1.

On those dates, he was observed concealing hair products on his person and leaving the store, court records said.

The court complaint said he was also observed on the surveillance tape watching three female customers in the hair care products aisle. He is then seen exposing himself in the same aisle as the female customers.

Cootware is being represented by attorney Grant Carlson of Iron Mountain.
