FLORENCE, Wis. - There are no contested races on the local level for Florence County in the Aug. 14 Wisconsin primary election.
Incumbent candidates Douglas Drexler for district attorney, JoAnne Friberg for treasurer, and Pattie Gehlhoff for register of deeds are running unopposed.
Donna Trudell, the current deputy clerk, is running unopposed for the office of clerk. Incumbent clerk Geraldine Meyer did not file for re-election.
All of the above candidates are running as Republicans.
