Donna and Patrick Tanguay of Loretto, a son, Cooper Byron born on July 13 at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital. Weight was 7 pounds, 10 ounces. Grandparents are Mike Lequia of Niagara, Wis., Kristy Moraska of Kingsford, Peter and Marybeth Tanguay of Faithorn. Great-grandparents are Ben and Bev Rossato of Loretto and Helen Lequia of Quinnesec.
