EDITOR:I think we should ban Kingsford City Council.
This pit bull topic has been in their faces for a while and it's not going away this time.
I know more people fighting to lift the ban than for it.
So if they want to continue to ban pits, than maybe Kingsford needs new compassionate councilmen who listen to Kingsford residents.
I'm an ex-Kingsford born resident, proud pit owner.
She is truly a blessing.
Oddly enough, a handful of Kingsford finest police officers know of my dog, and have played fetch and ball with her while on duty.
I couldn't imagine telling my children "I have to take our dog to be killed because of Kingsford's law, because the neighbors' dog really is better."
That is truly dog stereo-typing. Shame on you Kingsford.
I'm glad I live in Iron Mountain, the only thing we Mountaineers need to focus on is the pot holes on the north and east side roads and the terrible lack of city workers (plowers) in the winter time.
