IM church serves meal

IRON MOUNTAIN - A community meals will be served at First United Methodist Church of Iron Mountain from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday,

The church is located at 106 Fourth St. in Iron Mountain.

CF Musicale meeting set

CRYSTAL FALLS - The Crystal Falls Musicale will be holding their final meeting of the 2011-12 season on Monday, May 21.

The dinner meeting will be held at Westwood II and will begin at 6 p.m. The cost of the meal, including tax and tip, is $12.75 and is payable the night of the dinner.

Any members that are unable to attend must call secretary Karen Groop at 875-3742 as soon as possible or you will be responsible for the cost of the meal.

IMHS class of '50 lunch Thursday

IRON MOUNTAIN - The Iron Mountain High School class of 1950 will meet for lunch at noon on Thursday at Famer's.

KHS girls of '65 luncheon May 23

KINGSFORD - The Kingsford High School girls of the class of 1965 will meet for lunch on Wednesday, May 23 at noon at the White House Bar and Grill in Iron Mountain.

All girls of the class of '65 are welcome to attend.

'Come to Supper' to be held Monday

FLORENCE, Wis. - The First Presbyterian Church of Florence will hold its monthly "Come to Supper" on Monday, May 21, due to the fourth Monday falling on Memorial Day.

Serving nutritious meal is from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. in the church's fellowship hall located in the basement of the church located on the corner of Lake and Norway streets in Florence.

The committee asks that everyone pass this information along to others.

"Come to Supper" is a free complete hot meal that is usually served on the fourth Monday of each month unless otherwise advertised as it is this month.

"There is no obligation involved with the meal if you attend and good food and fellowship is always present," said a spokesperson.

In March, "Come to Supper" has started its second year of ministry and as of April, has served approximately 731 free hot meals.

"Please come and enjoy a good meal and fellowship as always this monthly event is open to everyone," she added.
