Amber Ehmer and Kyle Hopkins, both of Norway, a daughter, Hailey Rae Hopkins, born on April 18 at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital. Weight was 6 pounds, 12 ounces. Grandparents are Clay and Denna Ehmer of Norway and Tim and Debra Hopkins of Gillette, Wyo. Great-grandparents are Bill and Sharon Johnson of Norway, Robert and Marlene Dubnick of Kingsford and Don and Norma Hopkins of Escanaba.
