Daily News home theater giveaway starts today

IRON MOUNTAIN - The Daily News "Home Theater System and Widescreen TV Giveaway" contest will begin today.
This is an opportunity for one lucky semi-finalist to be selected at random on Feb. 4 at 3 p.m. to win a brand new LG Home Theater System including a 32-inch LG HDTV Wide Screen TV with a retail value of $729.28.
To enter, readers of The Daily News must clip the "Home Theater Giveaway" entry form found in the paper.
"One lucky winner will be selected at random just in time to enjoy the Super Bowl," said Circulation Director Becky Rose. "This promotion is easy to enter and fun to win."
In order to win, readers must drop off or mail the completed entry form to The Daily News, P.O.Box 460, 215 E. Ludington St., Iron Mountain, MI 49801 or Peterson Electric, 615 Main St., Norway, MI 49870.
Ten names will be selected each week at random from all entries to advance as semi-finalists. Semi-finalists will be listed in the paper.
Readers can increase their chance to win by obtaining bonus entry forms. To receive bonus entry forms, simply start a new full subscription to The Daily News or renew an existing home delivery full subscription between Nov. 2 and Feb. 3, 2010. Renewal payments can be made in person or by mail. Include a note when mailing subscription renewal to automatically be entered.
"This promotion is to thank the valued readers of The Daily News for their continued readership," Rose said.
No purchase is necessary. Entry forms are available at no charge at The Daily News. Limit is one entry per person per day.
Copied, faxed or e-mailed entry forms are not valid.
Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entry forms received and cannot be pre-determined.
All persons 18 years of age and older are eligible to enter and win. The Daily News and Powers Printing employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
