Tommy Izzo wants to see 7-foot-1 center Tom Herzog pack on 5,000 calories a day.

Michigan State's fourth-year junior center needs to put on weight - he's up to 245 and wants to reach the 250s - to battle the big guys underneath.

That weight goal shouldn't be a problem if Herzog contacts his cousin, Betty Crocker Wahlstrom of Breitung Township. Highly reliable source indicates Betty's pasties and oatmeal bars can put meat on the bones in no time.

By the way, reports Gonzaga may be playing at East Lansing this season ...
