Todd Peterson

DAVISON, Mich. — Todd David Peterson, 44, formerly of Alston, Mich., passed away unexpectedly on Thursday March 27, 2008, at his residence in Davison.

Todd was born on Dec. 1, 1963, in Iron Mountain. He attended Laird School in Alston and graduated in 1982 from L’Anse High School. He held various jobs during his short life. Todd loved to write music, play his guitar and enjoyed fishing.

Surviving are his parents, Pat and Bonnie (Lantagne) Peterson of DePere, Wis.; three sisters, Lolita (Rick) Slafter of Racine,Wis., Robin Peterson of Columbia, Md., and Ava (Robert) Blair of Manassas, Va. He also leaves his girlfriend, Teri Simmons and her family, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Todd was preceded in death by a brother, Kevin Scott, his maternal grandparents, Mitchell and Clarice Lantagne and paternal grandparents, Bill and Eva Harju.

A visitation was held at the Swanson Funeral Home in Flint, Mich.

Todd’s ashes will be buried in a private service with family and relatives to be held on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon at the cemetery in Niagara.
