Jeanette Rohde

DUNBAR, Wis. — Jeanette J. “Jan” Rohde (Cain), 72, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 8, 2008.

She was the beloved wife of Douglas E. Rohde for 55 years; loving mother of Sue (Pat) Perry, Julie (Michael) Hoppe, Robin (Scott) Meyer and Doug Jr.; proud grandmother of Melissa (Troy) McCabe, Kelly (Eric) Timmermann, P.J. (Kim) Perry, Michael Jr. (Krissy) Hoppe, Lynne Gevaart, Sara Hoppe, Megan Rohde, Ashley Rohde, Kenny Rohde, and Ricky Meyer; great-grandmother of Cory, Caden, Chloe, Taylor, Lyliann, and Michael III.; sister-in-law of Karen Franks and other relatives and many friends.

Preceded in death by her sons, Michael and Kenneth Rohde and her great- grandson, Tyler Hoppe.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Zwaska Funeral Home in Milaukee.

Visitation continues on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, W8014 Minnie St., Pembine, Wis.

Services will follow after the visitation at 1 p.m. Thursday at Grace Lutheran Church.

Interment will be in the Dunbar Cemetery immediately following.
