May 8, 2008
Daily News
An Every 15 Minutes simulation for the middle and high school students was held at the Florence High School Wednesday afternoon. The Florence High School Teen Wellness class obtained the grant to show students the effects of drinking and driving. As a result of the mock accident, a trial for the student driver and a funeral for the deceased are being held in Florence today. A video of the event will be shown after the funeral and will be available for use in the community. This was the third mock accident in the area this year.
