The Ups and Downs of Clearance

Having a couple of weddings coming up next month I decided I needed a new dress. Being the bargain shopper that I am I looked around town but finally decided to order a dress I liked online because it was on sale. A $54.00 dress on sale for $30.00. I was pretty happy with my deal. Ordered it last Tuesday and it came in the mail on Friday. Tried it on and loved it. Then while online shopping again today I found the same dress is now on clearance for $12.97. I hate that.
