Marquette soccer's movie choice improves

October 7, 2013 - Burt Angeli
Marquette High School soccer teams ride in style with the bus equipped with a video player.

Coach Matt Tebo hauls out his movie favorites for the trip from Marquette to Kingsford.

He nearly had a revolt one time when “Grumpier Old Men,” the crummy re-make with Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau, was on the playlist.

On Marquette’s latest journey to Commemorative Field, we heard no complaints from the players with Will Ferrell’s “Night at the Roxbury” and “Pitch Perfect” on the bus movie screen.
