Am I crazy or is that The Great Gazoo?

July 17, 2013 - Theresa Proudfit
On a lazy afternoon during my childhood you could sometimes find me staring up at the sky and imaging what the clouds looked like. Now, thanks to my friend Zibby Strausser, who frequently posts fire photos, I find myself looking into campfires for images as well.

A spinning top, Falkor the Luck Dragon from the Never Ending Story, a giant piece of pizza and Bozo the clown are all things I've seen while looking up.

A Star Wars character, an owl, a witch, a snake and The Great Gazoo are all things I've seen while looking into a campfire.

I wonder if the things I imagine I see in the clouds or in a campfire can work like a Rorschach ink blot test and psychoanalyze me. If so, what do the images I see say about me?
